Personality Development Cell

Industries are undergoing a massive restructuring process, this transformation is generating a demand for new kinds of human resources who are not only trained in functional areas of technology but are also equipped with managerial capabilities to build global strategies.GNI has a dedicated Personality Development Cell to look after the enhancement of the communication & interpersonal skills of the students.Intensive training in communication and Interpersonal Skills 56 hours in a semester is provided  to all the students  during the courses, through various Personality Development Programmes. This entire program for B.Tech.  students is conducted by the experts of HCL Technologies and for MBA students  this program is conducted by experts of Taleem India, who specialize in discovering, developing and delivering employable talent and personality grooming. It consists of a number of activities like group discussions, debates, role plays, mock interviews, public speaking, mock conferences, quizzes etc. The learners are enabled to take up technical and managerial positions in global enterprise to match the core need of the corporate world.
